• After a KateworksCo design is accepted and approved the customer’s initial payment is non-refundable.

• During the process of design (IN PRODUCTION) changes and revisions can be made at no charge.  However once the customer’s final payment has been made following the customer’s approval of the photograph of the finished art design, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the payment will be non-refundable.

• We are unable to move forward with your order until we receive signed Artwork Approval Form

• Any changes to the design must be made separate from this form

• Please note that we are not liable for any errors or omissions once this form has been signed.
