This Privacy Policy explains how Kateworks handles your personal information we collect when you use our services over the Internet on Kateworks website, kateworksco.com.

By using the Website, kateworksco.com you agree to the personal data practices explained below.

ACCOUNT
We do not require you to have an account in order to browse the Website. You may choose to give us your contact information during checkout or at other times. We then may use that information to contact you about the products and services on our site. 

We offer the ability to access Kateworks by logging in with or connecting via a third party social network or email service, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and/or Pinterest.com. If you access the Website via a Third Party Platform we will access and store the information explicitly allowed by such Third Party Platform by their terms of service. 

As we do not have control over the user interface provided by Third Party Platforms, we do not take any responsibility for any changes or problems with the interface or exchange of information provided by any Third Party Platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and/or Pinterest.com. By accessing Kateworks via a Third Party Platform, you grant Kateworks permission to contact you at the email address associated with your account.

We collect personal information such as your name and email address from you when create an account on kateworksco.com website. When you place an order, we collect your phone number, email address, billing and shipping address and credit card information, so that we can fulfill your order and ship your product or product samples.

KateworksCo will not rent, sell, or share your personal information with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services that you have requested, or unless we have your permission as agreed in this Policy or otherwise, or as set forth in the California Privacy Rights section below.
