Our return and cancellation policies vary by product type.
CUSTOM ORDERS
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your custom invitation order before deposit is paid. After your deposit is paid your spot has been booked and is considered IN-PROCESS. After final balance has been paid your order is sent immediately to production.
RETURNS:
All of our custom invitations are printed uniquely for you and cannot be returned. We’re committed to providing excellent quality, and will be happy to work with you if you’re unhappy for any reason. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 8 - 10 days.
PRINT ISSUES
If your stationery arrives with a typo that was approved during the proofing process, a discounted reprint reprint will be offered for your convenience.
CUSTOM SIGNAGE
All of our custom signs are printed uniquely for you and cannot be returned. We’re committed to providing excellent quality, and will be happy to work with you if you’re unhappy for any reason. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 8 - 10 days.
TABLE NUMBERS
Table numbers (STOCK STYLES) can be returned in new, unopened condition within 12 days of delivery. Shipping will be deducted from your refund. All custom table cards, table numbers and place cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
